Who doesn’t like sleep? I know if I could, I would spend all morning catching those Z’s, but who has time for that? Most people do not get the recommended amount of sleep. For infants the recommended amount of sleep is 16 hours a day, for teens it is 9 hours, and for the adults we need 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night (Brain Basics). Functional Pelvic Distortion (FPD) is when there is a pelvic imbalance and the resultant is a functional leg length inequality. Meaning your pelvis may be shifted slightly to the left or right causing one of the legs appear to have longer length. Approximately 10% of the population suffers from an asymmetry of 1 cm or more. Anterior Head Syndrome (AHS) is when one or multiple Structural Shifts occur in your neck, which causes your head to lose its natural curve and shift forward.
